Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, time and labor, and expertise in creating and managing OTBI reports, extracts, and troubleshooting configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, including configuration and troubleshooting. Implement and support payroll solutions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and other reporting tools. Create and manage data extracts and reports, ensuring compliance with business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and resolve payroll issues. Work on time and labor modules as needed to support payroll processes. Support functional configurations and provide troubleshooting for payroll processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant, including implementation experience. Strong understanding of Payroll and Time and Labor modules. Experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher (BIP), and reporting tools. Proficiency in developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas. Core HR functional knowledge is a strong bonus. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on technical approach.
