- Hardware Troubleshooting Build / Troubleshoot Desktop system
- Logging critical defects / bugs if we notice anything off in the functionality and the NCR would fix those defects / bugs in the later releases, if those are valid defects
- Network TCP / IP Troubleshooting o Telnet, IP Configurations, etc
- Expert in ATM / POS Testing and expert in Lab process as follows
- Logging critical defects / bugs if we notice anything off in the functionality and the NCR would fix those defects / bugs in the later releases, if those are valid defects
- EFT network testing, Debit Card processing, EFT processing system and data communications
- involved in validating Hardware faults like transport Jam, skimming, Card reader faults
- Windows 10 o Registry Settings, Command Prompt, File Explorer
- Jira, Confluence, & Bitbucket Test Script Mgmt, Bug Reporting, Test Summary Reports, API Repositories
- Languages Java, JavaScript, Cucumber, Maven
