Flexible Schedule to Fit Your Life We understand that balancing work with your personal commitments is important. As a DSP, you’ll have a flexible schedule we have both part time and fulltime opening availability. While flexibility is key, occasional weekend shifts may be required to ensure the highest level of care.
Your Role as a Direct Support Professional As a DSP, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting Independence: Assist individuals with disabilities in reaching their highest potential by supporting their daily living activities and fostering independence.
- Building Meaningful Relationships: Form strong, respectful connections with those you support, ensuring their rights and interests are always a priority.
- Providing Personal Care: Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, and other daily activities that enhance the quality of life for individuals.
- Ensuring Safety: Help protect the health and safety of the individuals in your care through direct support and coordination with team members.
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a flexible, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will:
- Be flexible and open to varying schedules, including occasional weekends.
- Be comfortable providing personal care and support for individuals with disabilities.
- Have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and maintain state-required auto insurance coverage.
- Be at least 16 years of age and able to pass a background check.
