DRCC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director (PD) to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a PD, you will ensure a safe, friendly, and supportive home environment for individuals with disabilities, helping them reach their highest level of independence.

Program Leadership:
- Ensure privacy, dignity, and respect for each person receiving services.
- Advocate for the rights and views of individuals served.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with licensing standards for health, safety, and well-being.
- Develop, review, revise, and implement Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendums based on individual needs.
- Assist clients with personal care, including lifting, transferring, bathing, and toileting as needed.
- Implement behavior management plans, including physical escorts and restraints when necessary.
- Ensure DRCC policies and procedures are followed.
- Directly supervise all personnel, providing guidance and leadership.
Personnel Leadership:
- Recruit, interview, select, train, and supervise DSPs, Assistant Program Directors, and other relevant staff.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to ensure a high level of care.
- Promote and maintain a collaborative team approach to care.
Program Budget Management:
- Establish and manage the annual program budget in collaboration with the Senior Director and CFO.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Pursue and monitor funding sources for each individual served.
Communication and Coordination:
- Foster positive relationships with family members, professionals, and the community.
- Promote DRCC’s mission and philosophy to all team members.
- Ensure seamless continuity between work, day programs, and other community services.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience (must meet ONE of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1 year of full-time direct care experience.
- Associate degree in a related field with 2 years of full-time direct care experience.
- Diploma in a related field from an accredited institution with 3 years of full-time direct care experience.
- Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities.
- Relevant experience may be considered upon review by the management team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Supervisory experience leading a team, providing guidance, instruction, and leadership.
- Proficiency with computers, email, online resources, and business-related software.
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions, a working vehicle, and at least state-required minimum auto insurance coverage.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
