Title: Desktop Support Technician
Salary Range: (Dependent on experience)
Some local travel may be required

Must be knowledgeable of the following:
- PC Hardware and peripherals
- Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Microsoft 365 Solutions
- Trendmicro and bitdefender knowledge
- LAN connectivity/Troubleshooting Experience
- Network Printer support
- Mobile Devices/Tablets (Android, iOS)

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and connectivity issues on location as well as remotely
- Build, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer equipment/peripherals including desktops, laptops, scanners and printers
- Install, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, and 11
- The ability to take on small projects from start to finish
- Keep Knowledge Base and process documentation up-to-date
- Work closely with the team to resolve or properly close aging tickets
- Ensure the highest level of user satisfaction
- Support of Mobile Devices (Android and iOS devices)

- Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of technical background in professional environment
Experience:
- Desktop Support: 3 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturer Certifications ie: MCP
Required travel:
- Up to 50% (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
