Title: IT Support Specialist

Salary Range: (Dependent on experience)

Some local travel may be required

Some overtime may be required

Must be knowledgeable of the following:

• PC Hardware and peripherals
• Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
• Microsoft 365 Solutions
• Trendmicro and bitdefender knowledge
• LAN/WAN connectivity/Troubleshooting Experience
• Printer support
• Mobile Devices/Tablets (Android, iOS)

• Be able to troubleshoot issues in an efficient manner
• Ability to disassemble computer hardware and reassemble
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

• Self-Starter
• Valid drivers License and reliable vehicle

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and connectivity issues on location as well as remotely
• Build, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer equipment/peripherals including desktops, laptops, scanners and printers
• Install, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, and 11
• The ability to take on small projects from start to finish
• Keep Knowledge Base and process documentation up-to-date
• Work closely with the team to resolve or properly close aging tickets
• Ensure the highest level of user satisfaction
• Support of Mobile Devices (Android and iOS devices)

• Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years of technical background in professional environment

Experience:

• Desktop Support: 3 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturer Certifications ie: MCP

Required travel:

• Up to 50% (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
