DRD Pool Management, Inc. is now hiring for Lifeguard Roles for the summer of 2025. Lifeguarding is a rewarding summer job that offers exciting challenges and provides an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a healthy outdoor environment. DRD is recruiting motivated individuals who possess a willingness to learn, an impressive work ethic, and a focused, positive mindset. A lifeguard’s primary responsibility is to provide surveillance of the water and facility by utilizing scanning strategies and techniques to remain alert and focused.
