Caregiver

We are looking for compassionate caregiver for our company. We do not tolerate disrespect, discrimination, retaliation, aggressive behavior towards any of our clients. Caregiver – Atlanta Metro Area

DRD Private Home Care is looking for a part time caregiver to join our team in the Atlanta metro area. This role involves working closely with a team of therapists and caregivers to support a young boy in his rehabilitation and recovery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Drive the child to and from therapy sessions as needed.
• Assistance with ADLs: Help with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and daily routines.
• Companionship: Engage in meaningful activities to support social and emotional well-being.
• Collaboration: Work alongside therapists, caregivers, and family members to ensure consistent and quality care.
• Safety & Support: Maintain a safe and structured environment that promotes the child's progress and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving, preferably with children or individuals in rehabilitation.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a background check.
