Full Time/Part Time Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dementia care, mobility assistance, palliative care, senior care, and home community care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship in a safe and nurturing environment.

Schedule:

Caregiver 1- M-F: 1p-7p

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks including but not limited to laundry.
• Foster a positive relationship with clients by providing companionship and emotional support.

Skills

• Experience in memory care, palliative care, hospice care, senior care, or home health is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Proficient in CPR and first aid techniques to ensure client safety.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals tailored to client dietary needs.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably and independently.
• Willing to take client on outings.

Pay: $14.91 - $15.50 per hour
