The Floral Designer is responsible for working with floral designs to create arrangements that build long term customer relationships and repeat business. This position is critical to Dr. Delphinium; the Floral Designer, is the heart of creativity and impacts the business by

Responsibilities :
Provides an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business.Addresses clients concerns and informs the Manager immediately if necessaryCreates floral designs incorporating an innovative use of colors, floral and accent materials, and vessels, while meeting established criteria for Dr Delphinium Designs and Events and cost of good soldMaintains confidential customer information.Monitors orders and confirms details on a constant basis to ensure customer selection is processed correctly.Client contact and sales responsibility within the storeEnsures 100% compliance with all company policies, guidelines and procedures.Supports and assists team members on as needed basisMaintains neat and clean appearance at all times.Qualifications :
