Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, and applying protective coatings.
- Provide window tinting services as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Drive to various locations to service clients' vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car wash or detailing services is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of custodial duties related to vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to operate detailing equipment safely and effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
