General Description
The Center Director at Dream Big Children's Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing the clinical and administrative teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), the Center Manager and the Operations Coordinator. The Center Director will provide clinical consultation and complete assessments, focusing on achieving optimal clinical outcomes and maintaining the quality of care. Additionally, the Center Director will implement and uphold the Dream Big Day and Dream Big Way, promoting a positive and effective therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in clinical management, and a commitment to the mission and values of Dream Big Children's Center.
Duties and responsibilities
Operational and Clinical Management:

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand center services and improve operational efficiency.

Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring all activities align with the organization's standards and goals.

Implement and uphold Dream Big Day and Dream Big Way to ensure a positive and effective therapeutic environment.

Conduct FBA intake assessments as needed

Track and report on key metrics including hours rendered, attendance, enrollment, and clinical progress.

Streamline, manage, and anticipate client caseload assignments for Behavior Consultants and BCBA's to reflect business and organizational objectives.

Foster strong relationships with clients and their families to support their engagement and satisfaction.

Manage a small caseload depending on the Center Needs.

Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership and Quality Assurance:

Leadership, support and accountability (LMA) for Center Manager, BCBAs, and Operations Coordinator.

Lead weekly Level 10 (L10) meetings and implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective problem-solving within the team.

Participate in the recruitment process by attending interviews for BCBA and Behavior Consultant (BC) positions, ensuring the selection of qualified and dedicated professionals.

Onboard new hires, including BCBAs and Behavior Consultants, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and familiar with center protocols and procedures.

Provide clinical support for BCBAs, including guidance on case management, treatment planning, and intervention strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.

Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for staff.

Monitor client and staff Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to gauge satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Ensure high retention rates for both clients and staff through effective management and support.

Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure quality services.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support staff development and retention.
Administrative Duties:

Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial performance of the center.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Run audits and closely monitor required documentation including child and employee incident reports, client attendance, session feedback forms, Motivity session notes and parent training notes to ensure compliance and quality control.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Master’s degree in business administration or psychology-related field from an accredited institution preferred.

BCBA Certification.

Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis services.

At least five years of business operations experience.

Preferred experience in strategic planning and business development.

Additional certifications or licenses in ABA or related fields are advantageous.

Complete TB test and livescan clearance.

Working conditions
This position requires working in the Dream Big centers four days per week one day remotely.
Physical requirements
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 10 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, running, squatting, bending over, kneeling and sitting on the floor.
