Wage : $17-19.50 plus mileage, DoE with room to grow

Job Performance and Standards

1. Maintains a professional relationship with consumers at all times.

2. Completes work with accuracy and within program time frames.

3. Adheres to policies and procedures.

4. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.

5. Meets work commitment and accepts accountability.

6. Maintains all progress notes on a monthly basis.

7. Attend Monthly meetings and trainings.

Communications Skills

1. Utilizes effective and approximate communications skills with consumers and staff.

2. Utilizes skills that show understanding and accurate interpretation of consumers needs and concerns to assist them with effective goal setting.

3. Works towards resolution of interpersonal conflicts if they arise.

Job Qualifications

1. Have a valid California Driver's license.

2. Have dependable vehicles and provide valid insurance information.

3. Two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

4. Ability to pass a background check.

Job Types : Part-time, Full-time

Pay : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
