Dream Care Learning Center, located in Lexington KY. We are a brand-new facility and are looking to build our team!
We're searching for a Toddler Teacher who has a passion for working with toddlers (aged 1-2), is well organized, and has previous teaching experience or is willing to develop with the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to engage and support our toddler's while creating a relationship of mutual trust with their families. The goal is to help cultivate the toddler's motor development and interest in education while being a trusted ally in this process.

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll:
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every toddler in our care.
- Operate as a Lead or Assistant Teacher, based of child attendance
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for toddler behavior and development, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Complete annual training that provides insight on current child care and development topics.
- Assist the Other Toddler Teacher in daily activities, changings, while adapting to changing the every changing demands of a toddler and licensing staffing requirements.
- Provide support during staff breaks and absences to maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios.
- Support the teacher in implementing organizational curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lexington, KY 40509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Qualifications :
- Previous Childcare experience a plus but not necessary
- CPR is a plus but not necessary
- Must have reliable transportation
- TB skin test, Background check required prior to start date
