The Operations and Infrastructure Manager of The dReam Center Church of Atlanta (TdRC) serves the ministry by overseeing the general needs of the ministry. The candidate best fit for the role will provide support to the ministry by ensuring operational efficiencies across the organization. The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions
- Develop systems, processes and structure on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Identify areas for improvement within the operations of the ministry and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ensures relationship, discipleship, fellowship and leadership of Operations teams.
- Lead initiatives to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks and waste.
- In conjunction with the Facilities Management team, ensure that all building operations are compliant in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance and utilization of all ministry vehicles to include registration requirements and proper operator licensing.
- Coordinate and schedule adequate security coverage for all ministry services and events, both onsite and offsite.
- Ensure that all technology systems are optimal and functioning appropriately.
- Oversee technology to include maintenance, troubleshooting, and distribution to staff and applicable ministry teams.
- Oversee the management and periodic inventory of all assets to ensure items are accounted for, to include: equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Optimize the use of ministry resources, including equipment and materials.
- Monitor supply levels, manage supply chain processes and ensure that resources are available as needed.
- Lead inventory efforts for all ministry areas to include tracking and record keeping.
- Provide weekly updates to the Executive Director with status, timeframes, current assignments, barriers, etc.
- Conduct team meetings and 1-on-1 meetings to provide pertinent ministry updates, coaching, training and feedback.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience with managing resources and teams.
- Experience with task management systems, i.e. Asana, Service Now, Remedy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge or project and/or task management systems.
- Advanced experience with Planning Center is a plus.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers towards a common goal. Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with a variety of ministry issues. Ability to use sound judgment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directives and the church’s vision and goals. Able to effectively communicate effectively with subordinates, peers and all levels of leadership.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for ministry growth and effectiveness. Ability to clearly outline and document processes and procedures and give directives.
- Collaboration: Ability to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among ministry teams. Ability to work independently as well as able to work with virtual and cross functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions that positively impact the church and its ministries.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs within the church and its ministries. Proven time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work depending on operational needs.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
