We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a background in construction and strong office administration skills to join our team. This unique role combines sales expertise with office support to drive business growth and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients, leveraging your construction knowledge.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed to develop business opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and close sales.
Office Administration:
- Process orders, track deliveries, and assist with invoicing and payments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with office management tasks
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in coordinating events, ensuring the company is using the best technology, and/or marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, services, and project management processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
