Dream Dental is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! We believe in having a team of people that truly love to serve their patients. Responsibilities
- Follow up with patients and schedule recall appointments
- Treatment Case Presentation & Acceptance
- Knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
- Minimize balances owed by patients by setting correct expectations and insurance utilization.
Qualifications
- An ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to set and reach goals
- An ability to self-reflect and be coached
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to patients about finances
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dental office: 2 years (Required)
