Golden Dog Title is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point ofcontact for visitors and callers. This position will provide general officesupport with a variety of clerical activities and receptionist-related tasks.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS etc.)
- Opens builder contracts in real estate closing software.
- Monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated.
- Send title docs out to lenderrealtors.
- Log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files.
- Greet all incoming guests and obtain driver s licensepassport copies.
- Clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space.
- EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
