The National Director of Internet Sales is responsible for developing and executing the national online sales strategy to drive online traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion. This role will work closely with the marketing and on-site sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from online engagement to on-site visits.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Online Sales Strategy: Develop and execute an online sales strategy to drive qualified traffic to our OSC team, and convert online leads to on-site appointments.
- Team Management: Manage a team of Internet Sales Counselors, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize CRM, CallRail, Newstar and other sales technology tools to track, analyze and report on online sales metrics and KPIs, optimizing for continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless transition of online leads to the on-site sales team, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at key industry events, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to stay current on industry trends and best practices in online sales and digital marketing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure online sales strategies align with overall company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in online sales or/and management, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing online sales strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales conversions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, Looker Studio, and other online sales and marketing tools.
