What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Solutions Specialist / Post Closer position at Dream Finders Homes?
Golden Dog Title & Trust is seeking a Title Solution Specialist to support the post-closing department to assist with closing deals and help increase the company's revenues and profitability.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Receive file after closed and review all the documents to make sure all signed, dated and notarized correctly and send executed closing documents back to lender.
- Review legal description on title, mortgage, deed and survey to make sure that all match.
- Assist with recording preparation, recording and posting payments in Simplifile.
- Make copies of all invoices and checks and mail them out accordingly.
- Review, scan and send final endorsements and / or title policies.
- Monitor files for post-closing requirement matters (ex : partial releases and / or satisfactions).
- Once title policy comes in, prepare cover sheet to send to the lender and / or owner and mail out with recorded documents.
- Assist in curative resolutions of title matters.
- Prepare and send invoices as directed
- Manage Post Closing general inbox, responding to incoming mail in a timely manner
- Submit policy remittance payments
