Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' seven distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and develop a tight-knit, high-performing housekeeping team. You'll ensure every team member understands their role and has the tools they need to succeed.
• Build Future Leaders: It’s your job to spot potential and develop tomorrow's leaders today, all while keeping job satisfaction high and turnover low.
• Set Standards: You’ll enforce the quality, safety, and cleanliness standards that keep Bandon Dunes ahead of the curve.
• Own the Operations: From scheduling to supply management, you'll oversee it all, ensuring smooth, efficient operations every day.
• Be the Problem Solver: When issues arise, you’ll tackle them head-on with grace and professionalism.
• Budget and Compliance Management: Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts for the housekeeping department while monitoring expenditures. Conduct regular internal audits to protect company assets, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, providing variance reports to management as needed.

• 6 years of hotel or resort experience managing large teams.
• A knack for motivating and managing people from all walks of life.
• Stellar communication skills and a can-do attitude that helps you juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• The physical stamina for the job – you’re on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and ready for any challenges a dynamic workday brings.

• You’ll oversee three Managers and a team of up to 90 dedicated staff members. Your leadership will ensure guests receive top-tier service from the first check-in to the final goodbye.
