\n- The Guest Services Associate supports the Guest Services Manager with coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring smooth handling of guests' belongings. They operate from "Clark’s Cabin," a versatile area specifically created for storing, delivering, and tracking guest belongings like overnight luggage and golf clubs.
- Welcome guests and aid them with storage/transportation of golf bags and luggage.
- Coordinate the pickup, storage, and delivery of guests’ belongings with the Front Desk.
- Address inquiries and offer personalized information to meet each guest's requirements.
- Support Shipsticks pick-ups, drop-offs, and order creations.
- Assist with rental of fat-tire bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and delivery of fishing tackle.
- Monitor and record shuttle cleaning and maintenance initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Guest Services area.
- Lead operations in the absence of the Guest Services Supervisor.
- Provide support to Security as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and polished appearance in all situations.
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work 5 shifts per week, between 6am and 6pm, including weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly.
- Applicants are required to possess a valid driver’s license and pass both a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
- Be prepared for indoor and outdoor work in different weather conditions, potential exposure to hazardous substances, and the need to follow safety protocols to prevent injuries.
