Sand Valley is a golf resort and community settled gently upon 12,000 acres of rugged, pre-historic sand dunes in central Wisconsin. Here, residents and guests will find five world-class golf courses built in harmony with the land: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, The Sandbox, The Lido, and Sedge Valley. Responsibilities Awaiting You:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor.
- Taking reservations over the telephone and in person.
- Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
- Assist guests with their needs to enhance their dining experience.
- Thank departing guests, invite them to return, and gather feedback on their experience.
- Help ensure all guests receive the highest quality service and a memorable dining experience.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications for Success:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to visually inspect workspaces and food service areas for cleanliness and organization.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying hours.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance at all times.
- Completion of Learn2Serve Training for Alcohol, Food Handling, and Tobacco either prior to or within 30 days of employment.
