Cleaning Crew

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Dispose of waste materials and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $13.75 - $20.00 per hour
