Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming front desk environment.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and managing vendor relationships.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence preparation, and report generation.
- Support team management by facilitating communication among staff members and assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity within the office.
- Maintain compliance with medical office management standards when applicable.
