What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at Dream Inn Santa Cruz?
The Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer service oriented candidates to fill their Front Office Manager position. This position will consist of supervision of the front desk agents, training and general support of the day to day front office function. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in customer service, proper phone etiquette and attention to detail. A friendly personality and professional appearance with excellent communication skills are required. Hotel Front office experience is required.
