The Dream Inn, Santa Cruz is currently seeking the right candidate to fill their Human Resources Manager position. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a busy Human Resources operation and will engage with our associates with questions regarding policies and benefits, plan employee events, translate and take notes and be trained to manage our HR system. A friendly personality, strong self driven work ethic, and excellent communication skills are required. This role requires 2-3 years in a Human Resources Coordinator or Generalist role (preferably in Hospitality).
