We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Representative who can bring significant experience, industry connections, and a track record of success in the automotive technology space.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry, and closing high-value deals with dealerships.
As on our current reps has described, this is the easiest product you will ever sell. We have reps who are on on their way towards making $400k in commissions within 3-6 months of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Leverage your existing network and build new relationships with dealership leaders to drive business growth.
Field Work: Frequent visits to target dealerships within your territory and to existing customers as needed.
Deal Closing: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion spent in senior-level positions at car dealerships or selling technology products to dealerships.
Industry Connections: Strong existing relationships within the automotive dealership industry, with a proven ability to leverage these connections to drive sales.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate the value of advanced technology solutions to a non-technical audience.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on achieving team goals and driving performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with C-level executives.
Location & Compensation:
Remote Role: This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, West, Southwest, and South regions of the United States.
Part-Time, Commission-Only: This role is part-time and commission-only, with existing sales reps on track to earn $400k over the next 6 months.
Salary : $170,000 - $500,000
