Dream Boyd Theatre is seeking a talented, reliable Service Technician for our multi-family apartment community in Bethlehem, PA. The roll includes HVAC, light electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting; must be available for on-call rotation. Great people skills are required to provide our residents with excellent customer service.

About this Opportunity:
- Location: Dream Boyd Theatre 30 W Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018
- Compensation: Starting at $20.00 Hourly plus bonus and commission opportunities
- Schedule: Monday Through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Saturdays on rotation
What We're Looking For in a Service Technician:
- Turn apartments in 5 days
- Strive for same-day / next-day service requests
- Experience in Electrical repairs
- Experience in Appliance Repair
- Experience in Plaster / Drywall / Texture Repair
- Proficient in Painting
- Experience in Lock Replacement
- Experience in Apartment Unit Turnovers in old and new buildings
- Experience in Plumbing Repair
- Experience in HVAC Repair
- Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle to use for everyday work assignments and on-call rotation
- Possess own basic tools
What you will do as a Service Technician:
- Responding to resident maintenance requests and service requests.
- Identify and correct hazardous property conditions.
- Look for needed maintenance or liability hazards and repair/report to the supervisor or manager.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in within 5 days of move-out.
- Make all repairs/replacements necessary for the apartment to be occupied.
- Apply touch-up paint as needed to the apartment and area outside entrances.
- Clean out all trash before, during, and after make-ready.
- Assist in other areas of the property, including HVAC, painting, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and appliance repairs.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the property, including common areas, vacant units, and maintenance workspaces, to ensure a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
- Respond to any emergency calls when scheduled for on-call
