Due to business expansion, Dream Luxury Home LLC is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of:

PROJECT MANAGER

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

• Plan, organize, manage, and ensure the successful execution of the project in terms of deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Oversee and be responsible for all business aspects of the assigned project.
• Prioritizing tasks in a time management schedule
• Organize and monitor task execution, construction scheduling, quality control, and efficient use of resources, materials, machinery, and labor.
• Supervise and communicate key decisions related to project organization and construction technology.
• Lead the development of accurate and comprehensive project cost documentation and details.
• Organize planning, calculations, and report preparation.
• Coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of contract execution with the respective contractors.
• Ensure budget compliance and adherence to all County regulations.
• Implement preventive measures against substandard work or low-quality materials.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational background: Vocational diploma in construction technology or a university degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Florida if currently out of state.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and project-related documentation.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Willingness to enhance knowledge, improve qualifications, and implement innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,300.00 per month
