Wood Worker / Production Assembler

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Mailbox Construction Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, building unique products, and being part of a small, fast-growing company, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in constructing custom mailboxes from start to finish

• Perform finishing tasks like sanding, staining, painting, and assembly

• Cut and shape wood and composite materials using basic tools and equipment

• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe

• Help with loading/unloading materials and preparing products for shipping

• Track supplies and assist with basic inventory management

• Work closely with the team to meet daily goals

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience in woodworking, carpentry, or general construction is a plus

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing quality work

• Able to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the day

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Team player with a strong work ethic
