About this opportunity:
- Location: Blue Springs Ranch 1246 Blue Springs Road, Bourbon MO 65441
- Compensation: $12.00 plus tips
- Position type: Part-Time/Full-Time
- This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends.
What we are looking for in a Bartender:
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Relevant training certificate
What you will do as a Bartender with Dream Outdoors:
- Craft and serve various beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative concoctions. (alcohol and non-alcohol)
- Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check the customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.
- Prepare garnishes, glassware, and other essentials for efficient service.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal drinking age regulations.
- Create an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their time.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless bar operation.
