- Position type: Full-time, exempt. This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends. Work hours can be in the morning, afternoon, or evening
What we are looking for in a Food and Beverage Manager:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a fun and family-friendly setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
- Strong business acumen, including budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative flair for menu development and presentation.
- Proficiency in health and safety regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end resort environment.
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Driven for Excellence in hospitality and guest services
- Professional appearance
- Computer proficiency and prior experience with Google, registration booking, and data entry are a plus
- Dynamic personality & smile are a plus Excellent customer service skills

- Live local
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Appfolio experience is a plus
What you will do as a F&B Manager:
- Menu Innovation: Create and curate gourmet menus that tantalize the taste buds of our guests. Ensure a diverse range of culinary options, including fine dining, casual fare, and delightful snacks.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Implement and oversee rigorous quality control measures.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of culinary and service professionals. Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a remarkable dining experience. Address guest feedback promptly and with professionalism.
- Compliance: Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Ensure full compliance with local regulations.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure top-quality ingredients and products.
- Events: Plan and execute special events, including themed dinners, wine tastings, and culinary workshops.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas into our offerings. Seek opportunities to enhance the dining experience continually.
