About this opportunity:
- Location: Island Oaks 9664 Nursery Rd Blvd, Glen St Mary,
- Compensation: $14.00- $16.00 Hourly, depending on experience
- Position type: Part- Time/Full-time Hours vary, weekends, nights
What we are looking for in a Housekeeper:
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment.
- Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements.
- Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment.
- What you will do as a Housekeeper
What you will do as a Housekeeper :
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas/facilities
- Prepare rental units for guest check-in
- Maintain health and sanitary requirements
