• Location: Blue Springs Ranch: 1246 Blue Springs Road, Bourbon, MO 65441
• Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00/hour, depending on experience
• Position type: Seasonal, Full-Time

What we are looking for in a Reservations Associate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and store inventory management.
• Knowledge or interest in RV camping and outdoor activities.

What you will do as a Reservations Associate at Dream Outdoors:

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Maintain a well-organized and stocked store with RV essentials, snacks, and merchandise.
• Provide information on local attractions, amenities, and events.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
