Summary
We are seeking an Aesthetic Assistant to support our team of Aestheticians in delivering exceptional experiences and high-quality aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production at our Brookline clinic. This position works closely with our Clinical Director and offers an opportunity to grow into a Clinical Executive role.
Objectives:
- Prepare the treatment area for an exceptional patient experience.
- Assist Aestheticians in presenting treatment plans and educating patients on their patient journey.
- Help ensure providers achieve their production goals by supporting in delivering high-quality services that yield great results and by ensuring clinical protocols are followed.
- Collaborate daily with corporate executives to ensure all providers meet their production goals.
- Review daily reports and clinical metrics to evaluate each provider’s performance and progress toward production goals.
- Assist patients with completing necessary pre-treatment surveys, consent forms, and documentation.
- Prepare patients for treatments, including cleansing, prepping the skin, and providing pre-treatment instructions.
- Assist with various aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, laser hair removal, body sculpting, and advanced skincare treatments.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking treatment rooms as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant or similar is a plus, though not required.
- Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is preferred.
