- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of residential electricians and service technicians.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Operational & Service Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain best practices for safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive improvements in service operations.
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and profitability.
- Train and motivate technicians to upsell and educate customers on additional services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control:
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks as needed.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed electrician (Journeyman or Master preferred) with strong residential experience.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and growing teams.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement operational improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM and service management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
