Position: Front Desk and Childcare Associate
* Pay is negotiable based on previous experience and expertise; Sales experience is highly preferred*
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients for classes, expressing knowledge of our offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including giving facility tours and addressing inquiries.
- Monitor children in our childcare room.
- Process sales and memberships, including sales calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain cleanliness and luxury ambiance of the studio.
- Report sales and member feedback to management.
- Contribute to creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
- Assist yoga instructors as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Professional, kind, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Genuine interest in health and wellness.
- Experience in wellness, childcare, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
- Background in yoga or personal yoga practice is a plus.
