Verizon Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Initiate direct communication with customers to promote client products and services and drive the sales process forward
- Meet with potential clients in person to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale with clients directly to ensure we are exceeding their needs
- Develop a thorough understanding of the industry and client capabilities to deliver comprehensive customer service through training classes
- Maintain ongoing communication with new customers post-sales to ensure smooth activation of client services
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems daily
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new or existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with upper management and fellow Verizon Account Associates to streamline office operations and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications We Look For In A Verizon Account Associate:
- High school diploma
- Demonstrated success in sales, client relations, client-facing, communications, or customer service if preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Proven reliability in time management and task completion
