A Day in the Life of of the Verizon Sales Trainee:
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to drive sales through direct personalized customer interactions, product demonstrations, and up selling products and services
- Work in-person with customers to manage and maintain their accounts including account activation, updating personal information, and processing sales contracts
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ products and services to effectively assist consumers and provide information
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, client feedback, and sales performance to contribute to company strategies
- Continue to improve knowledge and skills in client service, sales techniques, and product knowledge through training and self development
- Ensure that all customer interactions and account management activities comply with industry regulations and company policy
