What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Dreame Technology?
Job responsibilities:
- Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales services to customers through online chat, email, and phone
- Answer customers' questions about products, orders, logistics, etc
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, and promptly follow up on solutions
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues
- Organize and update FAQs, commonly used templates, and internal process documents based on customer issues
Job requirements:
- Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Clear written English expression, able to handle English emails and communication independently
- Cantonese speakers are preferred
- Patient, with good service awareness and communication skills
- Online customer service experience or relevant Client Server experience is preferred
- Proficient in using common work software and online customer service system
- Strong learning ability, able to quickly become familiar with products and internal processes
Bonus points:
- Experience in Cross-border E-commerce or International Client Server
- Capable of multitasking and maintaining work quality under high pressure
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
