Job Summary
The Key Holder plays a crucial role in supporting the store leaders in daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position involves opens and closes the store and perform administrative duties in a retail setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for retail, with the ability to fill in for managers when required.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate Shopify POS and handle transactions accurately, including credit card processing, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively sell and upsell items to customers.
- Assist in helping to deliver products to customer's vehicle, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Filling in for the store manager when required
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic retail math for inventory management.
- Experience using POS systems efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish)
- Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain inventory levels.
