Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Associate to join our Dreame retail team at Brea Mall pop-up. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to suggest recommendations based on customer preference. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Operate Shopify POS and handle transactions accurately, including credit card processing, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively sell and upsell items to customers.
- Assist in helping to deliver products to customer's vehicle, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic retail math for inventory management.
- Experience using POS systems efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Spanish)
- Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain inventory levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
