Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a backup for leadership or technically skilled roles during absences due to illness, resignation, or other reasons.
- Cross-train in multiple production areas, including automated machinery operation, quality assurance, and line supervision.
- Quickly assume the role of line supervisor, technician, or machine operator during absences to maintain operational flow.
- Meet and exceed daily production quotas while ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to quality control standards.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities quickly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
