The Production Technician position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our cannabis production facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area, ensuring all tools are clean and stored properly.
- Collect and wash dirty tools and trays, and store them in designated areas.
- Restock clean towels in all stations and swap towels on drying racks every Friday.
- Cycle count and refill ISO bottles from various locations within the facility.
- Maintain the sink area, ensuring it is clean and water is prepped for use.
- Inspect and maintain ultrasonic machines and washers, following drainage schedules as needed.
- Check and clean Sauce Stations, prepare water to clean Sauce rollers, and clean Sauce rollers and mats on the production floor.
- Maintain accurate and timely cleaning logs to ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and state regulations.
Requirements
- Understanding of sanitation protocols and state compliance requirements.
- Experience working with industrial washing machines and ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
