Job Title: Production Sanitation Associate
The Production Sanitation Associate plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards within our cannabis production facility. This position involves conducting thorough assessments of manufacturing areas to ensure they meet the required cleanliness levels, managing and cleaning tools and trays, performing alcohol and ISO management, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to operate washers and ultrasonic machines, prepare tools for daily use, and maintain accurate cleaning logs. Additionally, they must have a solid understanding of sanitation protocols and state compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess manufacturing areas for cleanliness and readiness, ensuring all tools in drawers, tins, and trays on shelves are clean.
- Collect dirty tools and trays from the manufacturing area and return them to the washroom.
- Wash dirty tools using washers or ultrasonic machines and clean dirty trays thoroughly, distributing clean tools and trays back to their designated areas.
- Maintain the sink area by ensuring it is clean, and water is prepped for use.
- Inspect washers and ultrasonic machines to ensure they are empty and clean before use, following the drainage schedule for the ultrasonic machine.
