Description
1. The Human Resource Director is responsible for executing and processing the hiring paperwork for new hires. The Human Resource Director maintains employee files and all HR functions.
2. Human Resources services, policies, and programs for this entire company. The major areas directed are:
- Recruiting and Staffing
- Organizational and Space Planning
- Performance Management and Improvement Systems
- Organization Development
- Employment and Compliance to Regulatory Concerns
- Employee Orientation, Development, and Training
- Policy Development and Documentation
- Employee Relations
- Company-Wide Committee Facilitation
- Company Employee and Community Communication
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness, and Health
- Employee Services
3. Operate within an annual budget, which is approved by the Chief of Clinical Care Services and/or VP of Operations.
Qualifications
1. Associate Degree from an Accredited College or University
2. At least two years' experience in a Human Resources Management.
3. Ability to work as a team member and have management communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs.
5. Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
6. Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
7. Knowledge of State and Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality
8. Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies
9. Knowledge of Workplace Violence
10. Knowledge of Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program
11. Knowledge of current utilized technology.
