What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at DREAMLINE MFG?
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare month end close, journal entries and analysis
-Prepare monthly financial statements
-Responsible for AR collections
-Prepares monthly bank reconciliations
-Manage weekly payroll, payroll tax payment, payroll tax reporting
-Analyzing product costs, changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
-Responsible for employee benefit management
-Responsible for Sales tax, Fuel tax and other monthly and quarterly regulatory filings
-Collaborating with IT department to maintain records, systems and processes
-Assist in bidding and coordination of property insurance
-Other projects and duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
-General Ledger Experience is required along with 3-5 years of work experience in accounting
-Strong work ethic
-Must work on-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
