Duties
- Engage in outbound calling to retail sores to generate orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
- Conduct inside sales activities.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in inside sales or technology sales environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
