Founded in 2006, DreamLine is a leading provider of glass shower doors, enclosures and related accessories primarily through the e-commerce channel (both big box retail and marketplaces). DreamLine operates out of a 360,000 square foot facility in Warminster, PA with approximately 200 employees. DreamLine is part of the American Bath Group (“ABG”) family of brands – ABG is a private-equity backed, leading provider of bathware products sold through all major channels throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in both HR and executive support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, 5 days/week on-site, in-office
• Office environment with occasional travel required within divisions.
